Hi there. Sorry you're running into this error. Please try the following steps and let us know if that helps:
- Make sure you have plenty of free storage space available on your device.
- Connect to a stable Wi-Fi network instead of mobile data if possible.
- Force close FC Mobile and reopen it.
- Clear the game's cache (Android).
- If the issue continues, uninstall FC Mobile completely and reinstall it from the official app store.
- Try a different network (ISP) if possible
- Restart your device before launching the game again.
