Help, connection error in counter attack

Hi, I'm from LATAM. It happened to me that I got disconnected from two Head-to-Head matches due to a network error — the message said: network problem (granada). What’s strange is that I was able to play normally in VS Attack mode. It’s weird that the connection drops right after I had been winning several matches in a row. It made me drop in rank, and I think that’s really unfair.
