I had a main 112 OVR account which I was playing in i created an alt and played in it with the same email main and deleted the alt im unable to access the main I may have given OVERWRITE main 112 OVR account during login of alt. What do I do now?

**bleep** same thing happened with me and I can't remember my UID. What happened with me was I overwrote my main account on another device and I don't have access of my older one. All I can do is wait for the old device, reinstall the game in it and hope the problem is not there.
BTW coming on your topic, if you remember your UID for the main account, it can be restored. 👏
So you linked two accounts to the same email? If that’s the case, you most likely overwrote your main account. Still, here’s what you can try: if your main was linked to Google, Facebook, Apple ID or EA ID, try logging in with each of those in the game. If it was properly linked, you might get lucky and recover it. If it wasn’t linked, you can try raising a ticket with EA Helpdesk, but based on your description and the fact that you used the same email for two accounts, it really does look like it was overwritten.
As 11DeadlyKnights said if you have your original UID, it can be restored.
