So you have collected it from the mailbox within the game, and now that you want to put it in your team the card is not available?

do you have a lower OVR version of that card in your side, because you will need to remove them before you can put the upgraded version in?

if not, contact customer service via the in game settings menu and tell them you have missing rewards
