Naming and shaming hasn't been allowed here for a long time, you want to report the cheaters, use Discord or the game report tool.
Yeah their customer service is non existent. Utterly appalling in fact. They can stick their game where the sun don't shine.
Game is awesome. And they want to ruin it by not addressing these kind of stuff.
