HOL EVENT - Rank 99 prizes did not open

Hello, I am facing a problem with the new event HOL in the Hall of Legends section. I reached rank 99 and the prizes did not open for me. When I tried to shuffle or rotate, it chose Javier Mascherano without pressing him. Please help me with this matter.

@SAJAAD_887 Yeah - it doesn’t pick itself … you can try your luck with customer service, but they will just check your game logs and tell you that you received the player you selected and confirmed.

Mascherano is the best pick from those untradables, so I wouldn’t be too concerned
