So this is in response to my previous post. I packed an untradable player from the 100-113 tradable pack after completing the TOTY daily challenge. So I raised this issue both here and to the in game support. And the response from the in game support just how much they don't care. A mistake from their part and they can't do anything to fix it? Like how can you give me something which is not supposed to there in the pack? Is there any point in raising am issue if you can't do the bare minimum and get a fix. I didn't play for a couple of weeks and the first day I play I get this. Just goes on to show how incompetent these guys are. EA_Pulsar mentioned that he had raised the issue but what is the whole point if I never receive a fix for it? And seriously I should understand that you guys can't do anything about it?
