How EA dosen't do anything for the game FC mobile with bugs and compaints.

I have played this game for about 6-7 years, I have seen some of the issues that this game has, Bugs, gameplay issues, and sometimes aggressive playing by opponents, and the game/ ref does not consider taking action. This situation has to be looked at as soon as possible because people play and pay for some of the things that EA offers. But having this gameplay and the amount of unfairness and issues with offsides and fouls, we as people can't enjoy the beauty of what soccer is. I want EA to consider what we the people want, an update, patch-up, and more accurate gameplay.
