My sellable players have changed to unsellable, how is this?

Today I received players from the world tour, I checked how much they are worth, they sell a lot of them, I thought I wouldn't sell them right away, I'll wait until the price goes up. I logged in an hour later and now I can only exchange them for extra time tokens this happend  less then 1 hour ? What happened all of a sudden?
