All EA could have done is to put in a note that only activity against lineup marked as league will be tracked for quests. Then nothing Dr to fix as it would have just reflected existing functionality. If anything EA could have added the active lineup as a new functionality in Beta. Just a bit messed up. I have a couple of my tickets pending for the same issue.
