How to improve the game (Custom Lineups) (Read Devs)

I was just trying to figure out what lineup would be best with my players when I calculated that a 3-3-4 lineup would be best with the players I have. But I realised that there is no such 3-3-4 lineu...

i had this opinion many years ago BUT this game is such cursed game … no progress at all for many years at anything … their concern and focus is just about earn money more .
