I am experiencing a missing main account issue in EA FC Mobile
Hello EA Support,
I am experiencing a missing main account issue in EA FC Mobile.
My original main FC Mobile account is linked to my EA Account, and it has full progress intact.
Due to a server timeout while switching accounts, my EA Account was accidentally linked to another profile (second/level 1 account).
In frustration, I created and deleted several guest accounts and also unlinked Google Play / EA connections.
I also uninstalled the game.
I want to emphasize that I did NOT delete my original main FC Mobile account.
Now my main account progress is missing from all login options.
Please help locate my original FC Mobile UID from your backend logs and re-link it to my EA Account.
