I bought fc points in fc mobile but it don't come

I purchased the 2x top up fc points 2,000 for 11 dollars or ₹999 but did not receive it.It shows that it debited my money.

    Hey @ep1kisthename,

    Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for your purchase to show up in game. When did you buy your points?

I bought 2000 fc points on the x2 section for £10 2 days ago and I still haven't received them. Proof of purchase attached along with what I tried to buy.

    I have already done that many times they told me to come on here for help. This is getting ridiculous now it's been 2 and half days since I paid for something without receiving it.
