Did they give you a refund because I haven't had 1, it's hard enough to even get a reply out of them never mind money that they owe us....!!

You need to contact customer service and tell them that you have “purchase not received” … do not mention the word bug, if you do then they automatically send you here, it is not a general bug, it is an account issue and only customer service can deal with account issues.
Contact them again, and if you get told to come back here again, then let us know and the team can follow up why you are being provided the wrong advice from the only people who can assist you.

@mendozzamagic @Mendozzamagic : They are still not sorting out my refund, they either send me here or ask for screenshots of my purchase and proof etc that I've sent them multiple times. I've been waiting to get what I bought or my money back for 5-6 days now.
