If you have the User ID of your old account, you can reach out to our live support team for help. If you don't, and you haven't linked your account in the past, then I'm afraid that there's no way to recover your old progress.

This has already been answered in this thread. If you've linked your account to either Google Play or Facebook, then you should just be able to sign in to one of those and get your account back that way.
Otherwise, if you still have the User ID of the deleted account, you can try reaching out to our live support team to see if they're able to help you recover your old data.
