I got banned on fc mobile in 90 days for no reason
Hi ea support. Today, 15th October 2026, on 1:05 p.m. (GMT+7) , when i was playing the game as usual, then a suspended message popped up. And I was banned from the game from 90 days. I don't know if im making any mistakes during playing, as im a f2p player for the 4th season of the game and i didnt even use any 3rd platform. Can you explain all for me this, as this is my main account and i really need it. And if I had done anything wrong, please contact me back and wish you unbanned me from playing the game. All the UID its in the photo under. Thank you so much and appreciate your help.

Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. I'd recommend that you reach out to our terms of service team. They'll be able to take a look into this for you.
