I overwritten my real Fc account

Hai eaI&nbsp; rewritten my main fc account which is a 111overol and and accidentally linked my other guest account with my ea account now I can't log inn to my 111 overall account my fc mobile ID is Sigma_Dude ,please help🙏&nbsp;
