lost account

I have a FC Mobile account that is only linked to an EA account. When I try to log in using my EA account, for some reason it seems like the progress has been reset/lost. What shocked me was that the account was stolen by someone else. I mean, how could he unlink the EA account so easily that I didn't even realize it. Please provide a solution. I have tried help from EA and from within the game but got bad results (they can't help or something) maybe I entered the wrong option so I also need a solution for this.

I have proof that it is mine, namely a top up transaction at an official store.

    I'm sorry, we aren't equipped to help with account issues through the EA Forums (see here for more). If you get back in touch with our support team directly with your User ID, they will do their best to get you back in the game.
