@lzu5ar4j0kjk I keep asking the team - I keep getting the same non answers - but there are a few of us advocating, so hopefully one day we will get a way to access these cards
How do I send a request to the developer? Are you an employee? I've been waiting for a long time, but I wish you could make it possible to buy players with OVR 59 or lower in the Chinese Football League. I miss those days.

I also have contact with Dev team as part of the community connections (volunteer) program - I continue to raise the issue for you as it is a valid one.
While they recognise the issue, they also must weigh up that most players want the highest value cards possible in packs, and if they start including below 65 OVR cards there will be negative feedback associated with that as well.
I will continue to advocate for those lower OVR cards to be available in one form or another - it is a reasonable request and I am hopeful that we can work out a way with EA dev team to assist- How can I cooperate with the EA development team?
