Is my account black-listed?

I have been on this game since fifa23 mobile, wnd been playing since then…

and here im am still ready to spend money on this game knowing that its not gonna do anything.

i have been wondering if my account has been blacklisted for some reason? Because forget getting packs, (i havnt got any highest ovr player in any recent events since trick or treat) 

even in the guaranteed rewards section , i have been getting absolute dogsh*t 

Kindly requesting to look into my account or do anything about it.
