[Issue] Game suddenly has kicked me out while playing

I am playing this game for more than a year and I just faced this problem. I was playing and everything was going well until suddenly I see the game kicking me out. I tried to log in many other times and  I am unable it's just refusing. And I have never given my account to anyone so I just don't know what the problem is. So I wish u help me regain my account.
