Issue with "Hero of All Heroes" Event in FC Mobile

Dear forum, I have completed every challenge and requirement in this event, except for one final task that seems to remain locked or uncompleted, despite all my efforts. I have double-checked everything, and I am confident that I have fulfilled all the necessary conditions to unlock the final reward. Unfortunately, the reward is still not available, and I believe this might be a technical issue. I would appreciate it if you could look into this and let me know if there is a fix or if I am missing something.
