It's impossible to score against autoplay defend

What is the point of a skill gap if there's an AI that can defend, jockey, block passes and shots for people, and make someone with no skill defend like they're prime Van Dijk...This is the dumbest t...

What makes u think the opponent is auto playing? Did they disconnect?  I have played against people who drop off when I score couple of early goals but didn't feel it was that much of an advantage.
