League goals record

"For the past two months, my league's goal record has been stuck at thirty-nine thousand, nine hundred and two (39,902) goals. Despite consistently scoring 20+ goals in tournaments and all league members being active in terms of scoring, the count hasn't increased. What could be the issue?
