How do I link my EA account to FC Mobile?

When you start FC, it asks you to input an age. I'm guessing if you're not seeing a linking option you put in an underage one. Unfortunately we can't change that here on the forums, but if you reach out to our live support team via the in-game help option they can take a look at changing it for you.
When I first accessed FC Mobile, I didn't provide my age because I didn't have an account, but the account I'm using to write this now has the correct age set.

Do you not see any linking options at all? When you made your account, is it possible that you made it underage? That might be why you're not seeing them.
I don't have such options in account management

We have an article that goes in-depth about linking your account here, but in short you should be able to find the option under Account Management in the Settings menu.
