Login Issue

Question

Hello, I have lost access to my old EA Football account. It was linked to my Facebook. I accidentally created a new account, but I want to recover my old one.
Here are my old account details:Manager name: StrangeOverall rating: 113Facebook-linked account :Mehedi MahimPlease help me restore access to that account. Thank you!

Hi there. When you created the new account, did you link it to Facebook again? If so, unfortunately, we would not be able to recover the previous account.

Actually when i log into my account, I Accidently click the new one. Then i&nbsp; delete the New Account.&nbsp; can you Plz help to log in the Old Account. However its No binded with any EA account.&nbsp;

You will need to open a case with an advisor to see if they can recover your previous account. That can be done by following the instructions here.
