Lost Account Recovery - In-Game Name: Eerovoid_4242

Hello EA Community Managers,

 

I am posting here because EA Web Support closed my chat without resolving the issue or providing a case number.

 

My primary FC Mobile account suddenly disappeared and was replaced by a brand new low-OVR profile when I tried logging into my email. I have a full screenshot of my old Team Profile ready to provide to an administrator, but I do not have my raw UID string.

 

Here are my specific profile details to help locate the account entry in the database:

- Exact In-Game Name (IGN): Eerovoid_4242

- Team OVR: [ 125 OVR]

- Account Level: [50]

- Preferred Sign-In Method: Google Play 

 

Please help me get this escalated so a senior advisor can locate the database entry for Eerovoid_4242 and manually rebind it to my login credentials. Thank you.

    When I try to log in, it says the account is 'already linked' to a new profile. Please wipe the new account data from my email and manually bind my email to my original profile

    I know this must be worrying. Let’s make sure you know the best way to get help.

    It sounds like your game may not be linked to an account originally. Please first try the following:

    1. Check for app updates and install any that are available.
    2. Restart your device.

    If your game isn’t linked to an account, you’re playing as a guest. This means your save data is only stored on your device and isn’t backed up to an account. If something happens to your device or the app, you may not be able to recover your progress.

    If you need further help, the fastest way to contact our support team is through the in-game support option rather than the web form:

    1. Select the Settings (cogwheel) icon on the home screen.
    2. Select the arrow next to Customer Service and follow the instructions to get in touch with them.

    i have already tried it the bot is not acpecting anything pls do something

    Could you please explain more about what happens when you use the bot and why it isn’t directing you to a live Advisor?
