Lost my FC Mobile Account, Need Help!

Hi, I lost my EA FC Mobile account after trying to switch between two accounts on the same device. My previous account had GER 106, and I spent weeks building my team. I have my account ID, but I can’t log in anymore. Can someone help me recover it? My team had players like Lamine Yamal, Touré, Alexander-Arnold, Raphinha, Tevéz, Beckham, Pelé, Stam, Schlotterbeck, Grimaldo and Martínez GK. I played on Android. Please help!
