Ragnarok Player Drop Rates Are Awful
I’ve spent weeks now grinding every last Ragnarok event and spending every gem I have on the 3k and 2.5k card packs and I have yet to land a single player above OVR 107 in the Daybreak portion of the event. What the heck is up with that??? This event is about to end and the only way I’ll be able to afford even a single second-tier (1k shard) player is to buy some more Ragnarok players in the transfer market and immediately swap them for shards.
I’m beyond frustrated at this point. At least in prior events like TOTS you could grind and land a top player, but this Ragnarok event just feels like a slap in the face to all of us who can’t afford to P2P. Despite the fact that we are the majority of users (who make it possible for everyone to get head-to-head matches—whether it’s Division Rivals or Club Challenge), this event has me feeling like a dupe. Why should any of us bother grinding if at the end of it all we’re just going to wind up as second-class citizens?
