LOST PACK REWARDS
i was just opening toty packs until i got ronaldo nazario 97 but when i went to put it on my team it wasnt on the club, i just want to know if it is a bug or a bad internet conection because i want my ronaldo back

- @8coybs4lbgqj Did you get it or you expected to get him from some pack? Did he appear with other players when you claimed the pack? Which pack did you open? Do you have the other players you claimed from that pack?
- @8coybs4lbgqj Contact customer support from the in game settings menu and tell them you have rewards not received
