Can someone tell me manger mode lately it's luck or still you need to have all last player 3 badge to get 50 stars?

I had all 3 badges but still didn't even reach FC 20*. So not sure bro. I usually play the 5 games of which mostly I win 2 lost 2 and draw 1 😄
