I heard that the rank-up system will change to a rank-up token in the new update. Will Mascheranos be exchanged for the new token, or will we lose all of them?

It is still unclear how much token we will get, I had 150+ macheranos and I ranked them so that I can easily rank up a player. Will I get 4 times points if my macheranos ranked up to 4?
