Match-Making Bug

Guys just to be clear when i cancelled matchmaking, it stopped matchmaking and i was able to navigate through all the home screen features. But the match was ongoing even when i was in home screen 

It's a known problem and was passed to the Devs ages ago. I'll check with Pulsar if there was any update.

If You start a match why cancel it? What's the logic behind that? The problem is that the game already pairs you so by cancelling it your opponent will play against the AI

I had to cancel a few times because I got an unexpected call that takes priority over gaming, so there is a use case to be able to cancel, but on the other hand, as you said, if you do, chances of being already matched are there, so the opponent has a walk in the park game.

While playing FC Mobile, I cancelled matchmaking right after the Cancel Matchmaking button appeared and was returned to the home screen as expected. However, when I tried to start matchmaking again, the game said I was already in a match, even though I was on the home screen and could freely navigate through all menus.

It appears that the match continued on the server side after cancellation. I was never placed into the match or given a way to reconnect, and when it ended, I was automatically given a loss, causing an unfair rank drop. This can be extremely frustrating for higher ranked players as it wastes hard earned progress.

I experienced this issue in both VS Attack and Head to Head modes.
