Same here grinded all 3 weeks of Ballon D’or doing quest, challenges, role exchange. Bought all three weekend players and 4 week I could play everything like normal but I wasn’t receiving tickets like that. There for missed and contacted support on game and here 5 days before end of event and still nothing. I missed on Ronaldo and Messi. I also have over 150 screen shots of proof I wasn’t getting tickets and of all the chats. Crazier thjj in my is I had to repay my self and send all photos like 10 times or more because each agent had to start over and wanted me to delete game and reinstall, update phone, return off WiFi, data , and everything else. SMH and I know it sucks for anyone but I pay to play so wasted alotnof time and money
