A bit upsetting that you might not have fully read/understood my message. At that, I’m sure you didn’t look at my attached images. I showed there the final messages sent before the in-game support disconnected me from the entire chat line. I attempted this twice and got the same results. I included in my explanation that the in-game support was providing no actual help. Nobody is. They take hours to respond, and after multiple attempts to explain the situation and ask for the items, I was told they won’t give them to me. They said to go to Apple as they would “happily refund me”, but that EA couldn’t do anything. Apple has denied my refund request and appeal and did not refund me at all. Now I’m sitting here, with no options, and no items. Again, I’d really like to speak with an associate who has any sort of experience or higher expertise. Clearly the in-game agents don’t know how to handle a situation like this. If I try to ask to troubleshoot with them, or ask questions, they simply give me a “tough luck” response and disconnect my entire chat line. Meaning I have to go back through the entire process to start a new one. If you’d actually like to take a look this time, I’ll re-attach the responses I got from in-game support. Please provide me a real process/fix to this issue. Thanks.

Contacting support in-game is the only way on the EA side to get assistance with a purchasing issue. You can retry with the support advisors, but be prepared that you may get the same response as before. EA_Barry.

So you’re telling me the in-game support is the only way to get assistance, but also that you know it doesn’t work. And that I should be prepared for it not to. Way to help. I literally clearly stated in the forum page that the in-game support isn’t working. Pretty clear how bad the company you’re working for is when all they have to provide is a faulty support line and you guys hired to direct me there even when I show you that isn’t working. I mean seriously, get another solution. Absolute robbery of my money. If Apple doesn’t refund me over a call, we’re going to have real legal problems. Unbelievable. Maybe tell your company to fix either the support or the app. I also know you’re acting like there’s no higher superior you can reach out to when you can. Again, way to help. I hopes it’s clear that I’m not upset for no reason. The game took my money and didn’t give me what it advertised I was going to receive.

In relation to my recent prior response, here are receipts of the offers in which I didn’t receive the items. I can provide the full ones with all the information if needed later on, but I’m not too keen to post my personal information on the receipts publicly.
