Missing Star Pass After Purchase

Dear EA Support Team,

I recently purchased the Star Pass in FC Mobile. The payment was successfully deducted from my account, but I have not received the pass in the game.

Here are the details of my purchase:

Purchase Date & Time: February 8, 2025, at 04:34

Payment Status: Completed (Amount deducted)


Could you please check this issue and provide a solution? I would appreciate your prompt assistance.
