Tournament button to be active always

It would be nice to have tournament button in leagues active always so that user can tick it whenever they want.  A tournament lasts 24 hours and you can play one daily, so giving a window for all league members to tick is a pain especially with the new 100 member limit.  What's wrong in selecting to be considered for future tourneys while the current is going on?

Also would be really great to bring back the feature to play tourneys within the league. I used to enjoy that but now my buddies have to be in another league to face each other in a championship.
