My account has been Banned
Hello EA Help Team,
I’m writing to respectfully request a re-evaluation of the ban/sanction placed on my FC Mobile account. I’ve received your response stating that the sanction was final after an investigation, but I believe there might have been a misunderstanding.
Recently, I switched to a new phone, and I suspect that my previous device was accessed by a friend without my knowledge. It’s possible they may have used a cheat or unauthorized tool that resulted in this sanction. If this happened, I had absolutely no knowledge of it, and I sincerely apologize if it caused any issues.
I’ve always been a loyal FC Mobile player under the username SAM アダム •, and I’ve invested a lot of time and money into the game. This account means a lot to me, and I’ve never intentionally broken any rules or tried to gain unfair advantages.
Please reconsider reviewing my case one more time. I’m willing to fully secure my account and follow any steps necessary to make sure something like this never happens again.
