My account in FC mobile was hacked, and then the hacker overwrote it

So on January 2, around 11:30 am I try to log in, get a login conflict and after the conflict is gone I am then stuck with a 64 ovr account names PLAYER instead of my 110 ovr account with name "impasta". Then my leaguemates sent me screenshot of my accounts altered name after the mishap as you can see.

I've contacted ea support and they've said it's overwritten and they can't do anything. But I had spent a lot on that account and also planned to continue spending further. So please try to give me justice and restore my account. I have attached my necessary attachments there.

I also had around 15b coins including players and my coin balance, a loads of gold untradable players, around 10 URP 91 ovr Mascheranos and around 150k gems with 100 FCP. Please, I'd like to get justice, hackers are already ruining the game by clogging the leaderboards, don't let them win now by removing actual players from their way (I was too 200 in vsa). That's all I have to say, please provide justice 🙏
