My FC Mobile account was suspended for cheating — I believe it was a mistake

    This might not be the response you were hoping for, but I'm afraid we aren't able to review or escalate appeals here on the forums, as we don't have the necessary tools to do so. 

    If you believe the account action was applied mistakenly, you'll need to continue creating an appeal so a member of our Terms of Service team can take another look for you. Please note that these reviews are done manually, though the team responds with a templated message depending on their decision to ensure consistency. Unfortunately, while this likely isn't your intention, the exact action that triggered the account action isn't disclosed to prevent players from using that information to circumvent detection. 

    As long as the team doesn't respond that they consider their decision final or the case closed, you should still have the opportunity to appeal. Thanks!

Hey . I have created multiple appeals got rejected. I don't know what is happening.Thr admins don't reply in a human way. I just want to escalate it so that they do a thorough check to ensure they don't punish an innocent.The terms of service teams isn't helpful a lot I want to avoid future suspensions so I do need to know atleast something

    TGSupa​ I understand where you're coming from; not knowing what triggered the suspension can make avoiding future actions difficult. Unfortunately, we don't have insights into what triggered the ban, so the best we can recommend is to familiarize yourself with FC Mobile's rules.

    The Terms of Service team does reply with templates that can feel impersonal, but the review itself was conducted manually. So if you've been receiving rejection messages, I'm afraid that would mean that the team found evidence supporting the account action. Again, if the team does not say they consider their decision final or the case closed, you should still be able to appeal if you'd like to do so.
