My phone does not support 60 FPS

I have a problem with my phone (Realme 10) that it does not support 60 fps inside the game, even though the requirements for 60 fps are available on my phone. Phones with lower capabilities than my phone support 60 fps. This problem has been going on with me since last season and I talked to support for 4 months and they did not solve my problem. How do I solve the 60 fps problem and it is from the game?

These are the specifications of my phone:

Name: Realme 10

Processor: MediaTek Helio G99

Ram: 8GB

GPU: Mali-G57 MC2

DISPLAY: Super AMOLED, 90Hz.

    I don't have the 60 fps setting turned on in my game, but I have an android phone that can easily play 60 fps. My phone realme 10 (RMX3630) has 8 gb ram 256 gb and MediaTek Helio G99 (MT6789) processor. The lack of 60 fps support despite these features is ridiculous. It shouldn't be hard for you to optimize the game to 60 fps for more phones or processors. So I request you to solve this problem.

    @A17JOE As I mentioned - it seems to be a particular issue with that brand - not sure what the game developers can fix if it’s a device related issue that is making something that is compatible with other Android devices incompatible with that one 🤷‍♀️

    @mendozzamagic What is the problem with my phone my phone supports 60 fps in many games. Can't the game solve the problem with an update?

    @A17JOE unfortunately it seems to be a device issue with that make of phone - not much the EA team can do about it - the device manufacturer needs to fix whatever is not allowing the higher end graphics to work 🫣
