Need genuine advice

Yoo people I am getting too many resources download errors when playing a match ...and if it was at random games I wouldn't be that mad but it happens just when I am about to reach a milestone in division rivals 

For example today I was playing h2h after some time and was at 17 stars played 1match went to 18 and then next matching the loading screen went straight to the error message so I have lost the star I gained and this happens so frequently that sometimes it's the main reason I can't climb up the competition ladder

And yes I have tried the general tricks ppl gave like reinstall the game ,clear cache,connect to better internet, I am using a 1+ 13 model phone so I see very few cases where the error should even pop up
