You should try to record this so you can get EA staff to pass this on to Devs. It is definitely a very odd behaviour. I didn't experience anything like that and I do see my players charge out when they need to press with the aggressive/attacking mode (or even neutral), so go figure what causes it.
It sounds like a bug caused by something with your particular setup (config, settings in a mix with formations? or something to that effect).
What's your lineup (can you upload a screenie of your H2H team? Wanna see if you have any players I use, etc, so I can pay attention to their specific behaviour etc)
Mines:
Ignore OOP, Hristo is a menace up front haha. Also, both wingers are working well as subs for the outer CAMs (they do play more like wingers anyway)
