Can someone help me understand why do we have to start from the beginning?
It was called fifa mobile and now they updated and now it’s call fc mobile, the problem is that in fifa mobile I spend money and time building a team and now since the update we have to start from the beginning so everything reset. My problem is why ???? After we spend money real money and you guys took that away, that isn’t fair at all.
honestly I not the only one that has a problem with it i saw the reviews on the fc mobile game and since you guys updated every one is not happy with it?
So is there anything that can be done here???
I have this game definitely more than a year and and I don’t remember been reset and start from the beginning otherwise I wouldn’t have spend not money at all it’s pointless to build a team spend money just for you guys to reset the game and I start all over again honestly I’m not the only one complaining about it. I saw the reviews on the game after that update so many complaints about it. At this point I don’t think nobody will spend money.
I’ll be happy if you guys get my money back I think that’s fair to ask bc you took the game back without asking or giving us the option or anything
Wow I thought you said every September you guys do update the games and The game gets reset and now you’re telling me last season got skipped????? Which one is it ??? Don’t be sure about spending money ???
you can tell me that people spend thousands but to be honest I don’t believe it I seem the reviews since the last update and so many unhappy people they feel the same way like I do, it feels like you took our money and run away. ?
Please I invite you to read the reviews on the game maybe then you’ll understand bc it seems like you’re just telling me things but you’re not giving me a solution. Is there a solution to the problem?
and again the problem here is:
the game got rest with 0 warning at all we put money in to it and time To get better team and now you rest the game and we have to start from the beginning.
So that is my problem.

You won't get anything back from the money you spent with Fifamobile.
You will also not get an answer to your claim in this forum.
This is a players forum where players try to help other players. If you want to reclaim money, you have to take legal action against EA and find out if and how this is possible in your country.
Many people here would like to get their money back that they may have spent all these years playing, but unfortunately the legal situation in such cases is mostly against the consumer☹️🤷🏻♂️
