Optimize DR to reduce server load and thus lag

I am seeing extreme perf degradation across all 3 DR modes.

I think it is better to redesign the DR ladder system to reduce the mindless grinding. The reduced grinding will relieve some load from the servers, hopefully making the h2h vsa and mm experience more enjoyable.

For the dr ladder progression we could make it quests based...like number of goals scored, number of tackles, number of freekicks scored, penalties scored, goals scored with defenders, goals scored by midfielders, number of clean sheets (h2h or mm), number of goals scored with weaker foot, etc
