Pack luck

So basically there's a reddit page where player share what they got from packs. Here's the thing almost all the time i see a player getting so many good high ovr players in the same event which isn't fair, as atleast a player deserve to get a high ovr player. It's like all our luck just went to them and we only get low ovr player. Shouldn't you implement a thing such that atleast a player gets one high ovr player from all the events. I'm not saying we deserve to get all the good players but atleast one?
