Why ea is biased with fc mobile payed players, previously ea give atleast 1 high ovr card per event but now like in tots they give only 1 117 ovr card, we want 1 high ovr card per event like before

if you play through all content each day of worlds game for example, you should have enough shards for at least a 119. I get what youre saying about poor milestone rewards, but you can still get some good players f2p just by playing the event.
