Players auto passing in vsa especially

Hello, I have auto pass and shoot and autoplay turned off but my players keep passing on their own without my input, and I am not tap passing by accident . I lost too many matches this way. I also tried clearing cache, but it didn't help. It happens in h2h too but less frequently.
