Please fix Manager Mode

Please fix MM.  Keepers keep kicking it up field where no one is so the other team gets the ball back. Shooting at max and crossing at min and a narrow formation but when a player is through on goal they stop and pass it instead of shooting. Players with 200 short passing fail to make a simple pass that's 15 ft away. Defenders just stand there watching the ball instead of making a tackle, no matter what the settings are. Players with 190 pace are easily caught by defenders with a lot less pace. Players that are 1 on 1 with the keeper just keep running and don't shoot. This is with maxed out 118 and 120 players
