Are you asking EA to give you in game cards? That wont happen unless you win a contest on their streams or something.
To get better cards you gotta just play the game and either earn them or be lucky with packs.
Watch some in game videos from likes of FHS where they explain the basics of the game, events etc. There are also forums with guides, read through those.
